400 g of dried rice stick noodles

4 cups (32 oz/1 litre) of some vegetable broth

5 cups of water

3 large cloves of garlic

2 teaspoon of ginger that is minced

2 teaspoon of sugar

3 tablespoon soy sauce

2 teaspoon cornflour or cornstarch

2 tablespoon of sesame paste or tahini

4 tablespoon black vinegar (see notes)

2 teaspoon chilli bean sauce

1 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil

1 1/2 cups of bean sprouts

You have to mix all the ingredients of the stock and then give them a good boil.

Then mix the ingredients that are there under the stick sauce and then cut the vegetables into little pieces.

Add this sauce to the soup that you brought to boil in the first step of the recipe and see that they mix well together. Adjust the amount of seasoning that you need.

Then add the rice noodles to the stock that you have boiled so that it all comes together nicely.
